Dileep Ramakrishnan, the man behind the Mantra Caterers brand of culinary business, isn't just a chef – he’s a connoisseur of flavour, a maestro who orchestrates a perfect symphony of nostalgia and exotic delights to tantalize your taste buds.
After earning his degree in Hotel Management, Dileep embarked on an extraordinary culinary journey in 1995, establishing Mantra Caterers, a name now synonymous with culinary excellence. He broke new ground by opening the first stand‐alone star‐rated restaurant in Kunnamkulam, the bustling commercial hub of Central Kerala. Not stopping there, he expanded his horizons into catering and event management, becoming the trusted name behind some of Kerala’s most prestigious events.
Mantra Caterers also extends its expertise into institutional dining, managing canteens for renowned establishments such as MVR Cancer Centre, IIT, NIIT, Sree Sankara College, and Kottakkal Arya Vaidyasala, consistently delivering quality and flavour to discerning patrons.
